Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor management.
- Lead and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to increase store performance and conversion rates.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, visual merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; retail experience is a strong advantage.
