Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company guidelines.
- Manage daily cash handling and prepare accurate sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
