- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and loss prevention to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training for team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales metrics, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English is highly regarded.
