Tanggung Jawab
- Drive consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and staff coaching.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain impeccable inventory integrity and coordinate timely replenishment requests to prevent stock-outs.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of retail associates to enhance productivity and morale.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure a premium service experience that drives brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and store promotions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or store leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of managing inventory and hitting sales KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage team dynamics.
- Proficiency in retail management software (POS systems) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing retail trends.
- Residency or availability to work in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
