Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail teams to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Implement customer service excellence standards to enhance shopping experiences and brand loyalty
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Manage inventory systems to optimize stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure product availability
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory/leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
- Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities
- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
