Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and operations? Endorphins Group is seeking a dedicated Store Leader to oversee our Endorphins Cookie store in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that our products are fresh, our inventory is managed efficiently using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles, and our customers receive an exceptional experience. We are looking for someone who can manage a team, drive sales targets, and maintain the high standards our brand is known for.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and high standards of service.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular stock checks and manage inventory levels using FIFO to minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team to foster a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance and product displays according to brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time, and handle stock auditing.
- Math Skills: Basic mathematical proficiency for calculating stock counts and cash handling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
