- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
- Implement effective staff training programs and performance development plans
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality
- Prepare and submit operational reports to regional management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in FMCG sector
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
