- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions

- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
