Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, coach, and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and brand presentation
- Manage inventory control procedures including stock reconciliation and ordering
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and complaint resolution
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience in consumer products sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in retail operations software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
