- Lead and manage all daily outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
