- Oversee and manage all daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Drive store profitability by effectively managing inventory levels, reducing shrinkage, and maximizing sales conversion.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to consistently showcase Klamby's brand identity and appeal.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, resolving inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends and optimize store performance strategies.
- Coordinate with regional management to align store goals with broader company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a leadership role within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
