Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and exceed store sales targets through strategic planning and effective team coaching.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse retail team to deliver world-class customer service.
- Execute high-impact visual merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for store performance improvement.
- Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment (Luxury or Fashion retail preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas and managing P&L.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retail performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- High proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
