Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales KPIs and business objectives
- Execute daily operational excellence including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that build brand loyalty and drive repeat business
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage staff scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations
- Optimize store layouts and promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years retail management experience with proven sales leadership track record
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic mindset with experience in inventory control and loss prevention
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
