Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve and exceed store revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team, ensuring high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of stock management, including ordering, receiving, inventory audits, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered across the team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
- Manage store P&L, control operational costs, and drive profitability.
- Enforce brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines to optimize product presentation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Area Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours in Mandaluyong City.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with retail POS and inventory systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
