Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets through team leadership and strategic planning
- Maintain exceptional store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor store associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize losses
- Monitor store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and resolve operational issues
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost foot traffic and conversion rates
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages productivity and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
