- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve/exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for store expansion and enhancement

- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail leadership/supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory software
- Knowledge of consumer electronics/retail industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
