Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams through performance coaching and development
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues
- Implement company policies, loss prevention protocols, and operational procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for optimal stock management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales reports and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
