Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely restocking.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure team cohesion and performance.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and promotional activities to drive foot traffic.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to advance into management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
