Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation excellence
- Drive sales growth through team coaching, promotional execution, and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to enhance performance and retention
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales leadership

- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems
