Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store revenue
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers as needed
  • Maintain store compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or pharmacy management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Result-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Knowledge of Philippine retail or pharmacy regulations is an advantage
