In this role, you will be responsible for managing store staff, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. You will work closely with our central team to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store revenue
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers as needed
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or pharmacy management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Knowledge of Philippine retail or pharmacy regulations is an advantage
