Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive store sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales associates and optical staff to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, replenishment, and regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and address operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects the premium positioning of the Vision Express brand.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury retail sectors.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing store P&L effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry.
