Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead and mentor retail staff through performance coaching and training
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Manage store budget, expenses, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in food/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
