Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain store appearance and ensure all displays align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury brands
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of luxury retail customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
