We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Makati, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales, managing daily store activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As the Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, inspiring a team of sales associates, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be entrusted with key responsibilities ranging from staff scheduling and performance monitoring to financial reporting and loss prevention. Your ability to analyze sales trends, execute marketing initiatives, and foster a customer-centric culture will directly contribute to the store’s success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all in-store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate a team of sales associates to meet performance targets
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment to minimize shortages
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and develop action plans to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract customers and boost foot traffic
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and improving store performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, loss prevention, and customer relationship management
