Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health & safety regulations.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting client relationships.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage merchandise flow, and minimize shrinkage through accurate stocktaking and ordering processes.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain effective visual display standards to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Financial Management: Analyze sales reports, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve store profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or similar supervisory role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
