Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure peak efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Drive store sales performance by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and train store staff to deliver a superior customer experience consistently.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering, and routine cycle counts to minimize loss.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure the store meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and safety protocols in compliance with company guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations and inquiries with professionalism to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in hardware or home improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of retail math, P&L management, and inventory control software.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and operational challenges.
