Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability and store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention standards, and health/safety regulations
- Train and develop staff product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand ambassadorship
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product deliveries and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues while maintaining positive relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
