Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
- Drive sales growth through strategic promotions and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail industry standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation
- Coordinate with suppliers for efficient stock replenishment and product launches
- Implement loss prevention measures and maintain store security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to mentor staff
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Passion for Pokémon TCG or collectibles industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
