Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the Xiaomi flagship store, including opening and closing procedures and security protocols.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve high performance, sales targets, and excellent service standards.
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through product demonstrations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate merchandising and visual display standards.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements to store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- A genuine passion for consumer electronics, smartphones, and the Xiaomi ecosystem.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Relevant retail or business management qualifications are highly preferred.
