Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and organized store environment
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with preference for children's product retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
