We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. You will lead a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and brand standards. As the face of our organization, you will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve high performance, excellent customer service, and professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and meet monthly targets.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage the store's budget, including payroll, operational expenses, and inventory costs, to maximize profitability.
- Perform regular store audits and maintenance to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products or retail sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a previous leadership position.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by business needs.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
