Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Train, coach, and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and implement process improvements
- Manage store budget, expense controls, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record in sales team leadership and KPI achievement
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
