Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance by setting achievable targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and motivating the team
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
- Train and develop store staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stocktakes
- Implement visual merchandising standards to ensure the store presents an attractive and inviting shopping experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Fluency in English with additional language skills considered an asset
