Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team leadership, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
- Train and develop store staff to enhance product knowledge and service quality
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize store profitability
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in food distribution/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of retail best practices and visual merchandising principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
