Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead and mentor retail teams through performance coaching and training programs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve client inquiries
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store aesthetics
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Expert knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and POS platforms
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Advanced analytical skills for sales reporting and trend identification
