Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of pharmacy staff to reach performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock-outs and manage seasonal demands.
- Analyze sales reports and financial metrics to drive profitability and control operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Implement effective visual merchandising and promotional strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in retail store management, preferably within a pharmacy or fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong commitment to customer service and community wellness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
