- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and visual merchandising standards
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver superior customer service

- Implement loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
