- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate ordering and merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.

- Maintain the store’s appearance and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures, and prepare daily reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Basic financial literacy and experience with budget management.
