Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and consultations
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans
- Ensure store compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of smartphone technology and OPPO products preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, train, and develop diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
