Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of retail associates to provide world-class customer service.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to maximize product appeal and brand identity.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of retail POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
