As our Store Manager, you will lead by example, managing daily store operations with a focus on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and profit optimization. We are looking for an individual with a strategic mindset who can translate corporate goals into actionable store plans. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a team of retail associates to provide world-class customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to maximize product appeal and brand identity.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
  • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of retail POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
