Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets
- Execute store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards and issue resolution
- Analyze sales data to implement effective promotional strategies and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Manage store scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with customer focus
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and KPI monitoring
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
