Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships with the local community
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in using retail management software and basic Microsoft Office applications
