We're seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at One Good Harvest Vegetable Dealership OPC. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement, product promotions, and upselling techniques
- Train and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and maintain service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols for fresh produce handling
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years progressive retail management experience in fresh produce or grocery sector
- Proven track record in sales performance management and team leadership
- Strong inventory management skills with experience in perishable goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff development and customer relations
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and retail analytics tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
