Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in retail management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in safety compliance and regulatory standards
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Exceptional team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in automotive parts retail is highly desirable
