- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and implementing effective customer service strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accurate stock management and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that boost revenue and market share.
- Handle administrative duties including staff scheduling, payroll processing, and compliance with company policies.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and staff.
- Familiarity with gadgets, consumer electronics, or the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
