Join PT Biwel Bali Property as a Store Manager and lead our retail team to success in the vibrant Kuta Selatan area. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for retail excellence and the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals. You'll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, implement effective merchandising strategies, and contribute to the growth of our brand in Bali's competitive retail market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory control, including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory control systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
