Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all store functions
- Monitor store performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized beauty consultations
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute brand initiatives
- Manage store budget, expenses, and inventory control to maximize profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to develop talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
