Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Implement and maintain operational standards for customer service, safety, and store presentation
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance development programs
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and inventory control
- Coordinate with suppliers and corporate team to ensure product availability and promotions
- Oversee financial aspects including cash management, expense control, and budget adherence
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values and brand identity
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role (minimum 3 years)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory software
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with visual merchandising and store layout optimization
