Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve high performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely stock replenishment.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle staff and customers professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of retail management software.
