Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and compliance with company standards

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Manage inventory control systems including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and cycle counting

Kualifikasi
